We all know the younger generation has shorter attention spans; what with texting and Twitter anything longer than 160 characters is likely to seem too long. With that in mind, I thought it would be interesting to distill advice about college in 140 characters or less. What would say if that was all you had to communicate with students?
Here is my attempt (and feel free to share yours):
Financial plan. FILE FAFSA EARLY. Scholarships, grants, work-study, federal loans. Finish in 4. Debt<Salary. GPA matters. Summer job.
Aspire. Visit. Ask questions. Apply 4 financial aid! Find right fit. Study. Try something new. Intern, co-op, summer job. Finish! Give back.

Repaying Auntie Sallie will be a struggle. High debts, low salaries. Go cheap as possible; borrow as little as possible.
