Here is the letter that will be sent to the Federal Reserve later today with my comments regarding on their proposed rules to increase the transparency of private student loans:

I recommend that financial aid administrators review this list to determine if there are any issues that they feel strongly enough to comment on. The comment period ends on May 26th. Please note that I had earlier posted on self-certification, which will likely be of interest to this group.
