Negotiated Rulemaking Session in Rhode Island Highlights Concerns of Financial Aid Community

The Department of Education has recently posted transcripts for several of the recent negotiated rulemaking sessions held following the passage of the Higher Education Opportunity Act.  Here are the highlights of the comments pertaining to private and FFELP student loans presented at the University of Rhode Island on September 29, 2008.
